Individual Budget & Homeownership Readiness Counseling

Service provided for customers not yet ready to purchase because of credit and budgeting issues, but who are committed to the goal of homeownership. Typically, it takes an average of about one year of meeting regularly with a NHS Counselor to resolve these issues and to be ready to purchase.
